Murray Through to Third Round - Wimbledon
After giving his fans an anxious night, Murray wrapped up the match in just 26 minutes, breaking Benneteau in the third game and then taking the next four games to win the set 6-1 and the match 7-5 (7-5) 6-4 4-6 6-1.
Next up is Andy Roddick (5). Their last and only meeting was also the week of Andy's first ATP Tour title, when Murray beat Roddick in the semi-final 7-5 7-5.
Murray will again be the underdog and, while a victory would be thrilling, whatever happens Murray will have matched his break-through performance of last year and demonstrated some solid progress.
