Andy Murray is GB #1 for Great Britain Vs Israel - Davis Cup
Andy Murray will be the number one player for Great Britain for the first time in the Davis Cup, when they meet Israel tomorrow at midday.
Israel's highest ranked singles player in their team is Noam Okun (270), so GB should be able to rely on at least two points from Murray's matches. This being the case, Israel may adopt a similar strategy to the one that GB used against Switzerland, sacrificing their weaker singles players against Murray and then play their strongest player against Alex Bogdanovic (148).
If Bogdanovic fails to win his singles matches then the doubles match could prove crucial.
